Bed Structure Features
The machine bed adopts a segmented welding and splicing assembly method. It undergoes annealing to eliminate internal stress before processing. The process involves welding, stress-relief annealing, rough machining, vibration aging, and finish machining. This effectively resolves stress generated by welding and machining, greatly improving the machine's stability and maintaining its accuracy over long periods.

Our company has gantry processing and machining departments that produce all the beds, beams, bases, and other structural components for our complete sets of equipment. Unlike other laser integrators, all our structural parts are independently processed and manufactured in-house without any outsourcing. Beam
The beam is a welded one-piece steel structure with good rigidity and light weight. This reduces the cumulative errors that occur during the assembly of traditional beams. The structure is more stable, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment. The beam undergoes annealing to eliminate internal stress before processing, ensuring the machine's long-term accuracy.
Y-Axis Drive
The Y-axis drive (longitudinal movement of the gantry) on both sides uses a reducer from the German Tekmag TDP series, with integrated flange output, a speed ratio of 40, and backlash within 3 arc minutes. The helical gear is M2, grade 6 precision. The servo motor is a Delta bus control series, with a maximum speed of 3000r/min, high inertia type. It adopts a dual-drive gantry structure.
X-Axis Drive
The X-axis drive (transverse movement of the cutting head) reducer is from the German Tekmag TDP series, with integrated flange output, a speed ratio of 20, and backlash within 3 arc minutes. The helical gear is M2, grade 6 precision. The servo motor is a Delta bus control series, with a maximum speed of 3000r/min, high inertia type. It is equipped with a high-quality, wear-resistant, high-carbon steel guide rail protection cover.
Z-Axis Assembly
The Z-axis assembly consists of two parts: one is the rotary feed of the cutting head, and the other is the up-and-down movement of the cutting head.
Z-axis drive: The reducer is from the German Tekmag TDP series, integrated flange output, speed ratio 10, backlash within 3 arc minutes; M2 helical gear, grade 6 precision; servo motor is Delta bus control series, max speed 3000r/min, high inertia type.
Cutting head drive: Adopts double guide rail gear rack transmission. Servo motor is Delta bus control series, max speed 6500r/min, medium inertia type. The guide rail is Dinghan brand GHH series, heavy-duty, H-class (high-level) precision. The lead screw is Dinghan brand. Overshoot protection is provided by limit switches at both ends of the stroke, and elastic cushions on both sides effectively ensure the safety of the cutting head movement.
Cutting Platform
It adopts a single and double station support method, making clamping simple and easy to operate. The platform and machine tool are designed to be separated, with a large load capacity, and supports customer self-production (the company provides drawings).
